Kara holds a BA in special education and Master’s degree in early childhood. She taught kindergarten in the public school system for 15 years, 8 of which were in an Autism specific classroom.
She lost her job teaching due to chronic fatigue. She visited a multitude of doctors, traveling from city to city, receiving one misdiagnosis after another. She was struggling to get out of bed, and refused to settle, it was up to her to figure out how to heal. After hours upon hours of research, trial and error she decided to pursue certification in the natural health realm. She has since then become determined to educate, encourage and empower individuals to take charge of their health. She is passionate about helping others heal and restore their health so they can fulfill their God-given purpose. We’ve all experienced trauma, stress, and at times struggle to survive - those experiences stay within our bodies and greatly impact us day to day without us even knowing it.
When she's not working you can find Kara in the garden harvesting veggies or in the kitchen trying out new recipes. She can’t wait to help get you living your best life through, natural, holistic approaches to reduce emotional, mental, and physical stress & reduce your overall toxin load.
